Permanent Part-Time Associate – Ghandi Store
Job Purpose
To support store management with daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service and consistently following all store policies and procedures.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest standard of adidas customer service.
- Process standard sales transactions (cash, card, cheque) when required.
- Assist with product ticketing and verify paperwork for received merchandise.
- Support stock flow from the stockroom to the sales floor as needed.
- Help create merchandise displays or follow visual merchandising guidelines provided by management.
- Develop proficiency in the point-of-sale system and maintain accuracy by adhering to policies and procedures.
- Use effective selling techniques—such as add-on sales and explaining product features—to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Welcome customers, assist them in selecting products, and occasionally act as a dedicated Greeter during peak periods.
- Maintain store housekeeping and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure the protection and proper handling of company assets.
Skills & Experience
- Strong passion for retail and customer service.
- Ability to take initiative and work proactively.
- Clear, upbeat, and positive communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Previous fashion retail experience is advantageous but not required.

- Matric certificate
- 0–1 year of retail experience
