Position Overview

Babylonstoren is looking for a dependable and efficient Picker & Packer to join our dispatch team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders on time and in line with our high quality standards.

• Experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or logistics environment is beneficial
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

Key Responsibilities

• Pick stock accurately based on order sheets
• Pack orders securely, ensuring correct labelling and product protection
• Prepare items for dispatch, including palletising, wrapping, and loading
• Maintain organisation and cleanliness in the dispatch and storage areas
• Conduct quantity and quality checks before dispatch
• Complete traceability documents accurately
• Assist with stock rotation and inventory counts as needed
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the Dispatch/Warehouse Manager promptly
