Admin Clerk: Security & Work Environment (Ref No: COGTA 01/12/2025)

Salary: R228 321 – R268 950 per annum (Level 05)
Location: Bhisho
Minimum Requirements
- National Higher Certificate or Diploma (NQF Level 5) in Public Management, Public Administration, Social Sciences or a related qualification with no prior experience
OR - Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) with a minimum of two years’ experience in Public Service or Office Administration
Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email
- Good interpersonal skills
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
- Knowledge of Public Service prescripts, including the PFMA and Treasury Regulations
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and calculate claims for submission to the Supervisor
- Prepare and capture claims on the system
- Maintain accurate filing of all claims documentation
