Position Overview
Europcar Cape Town is looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Light Duty Driver to support daily rental operations. The successful candidate will have a strong driving record, sound knowledge of South African road regulations, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to company quality standards
• Conduct vehicle quality checks and report issues, including expired licenses or non-compliance
• Refuel vehicles and check tyre pressure, oil, water, and other fluid levels after each rental
• Deliver vehicles to customers in line with company procedures
• Process vehicle check-ins according to quality control and claims guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness of the yard and surrounding areas
• Act ethically at all times and protect company assets and customer interests
• Perform additional duties as required

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant driving experience
• Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
• Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license (minimum 2 years)
• Basic computer literacy
• Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Able to read and follow maps

Additional Information

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required
