👷 About the Role:

Seriti’s Khutala Colliery is offering exciting Engineering Learnerships for ambitious individuals aiming to qualify as Artisans in the following trades:

• Boilermaker
• Fitter
• Auto Electrician
• Electrician

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 with Mathematics (not Maths Literacy) and Physical Science: Minimum E Symbol (40%), plus two N2 trade-related subjects
• OR N2 Certificate with four relevant trade subjects, including trade theory in your applied discipline:
  • Boilermaker: Maths, Engineering Science, Structural Drawing, Plater Theory
  • Fitter: Maths, Engineering Science, Engineering Drawing, Fitting & Machining Theory
  • Auto Electrician: Maths, Engineering Science, Industrial Electronics, Motor Electrical Theory/Electrical Theory
  • Electrician: Maths, Engineering Science, Industrial Electronics, Electrical Theory
  • Diesel Mechanic: Maths, Engineering Science, Engineering Drawing, Diesel Trade Theory
  • Instrument Mechanician: Maths, Engineering Science, Industrial Electronics, Instrument Trade Theory

Important:

• No subjects with F symbols will be accepted.
• Candidates must be ready for psychometric testing.
• You must be willing to work shifts, standby, and callouts when needed.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a Certificate of Fitness.

• Prior experience in the Mining Sector
• Valid K53 Driver’s License
