About the Role:
KTMM Investment is opening a new office from January next year and is looking for a well-organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the daily operations of its steel furniture warehouse and retail outlet. This position suits someone who performs well in a busy environment, pays close attention to detail, and can manage both administrative and operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and updating stock levels and delivery schedules
- Processing and managing invoices, orders, and related documentation
- Assisting customers with enquiries and order processing
- Coordinating with delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
- Maintaining accurate and well-organised filing systems
- Providing administrative support to management
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills
- Fluency in Afrikaans (required)
