Position Overview

A well-established safari lodge in Hoedspruit is seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support daily administrative and back-office operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient office processes and effective communication across the lodge.


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing general office administration and internal communications
  • Maintaining staff records and compiling reports
  • Assisting management with HR-related administration
  • Coordinating with suppliers and supporting operational activities
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient back-office operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Hospitality industry experience will be an advantage
  • 1–3 years relevant work experience

Work Location: Hoedspruit, Limpopo
Remuneration: R10 000 – R14 000 per month
