Position Overview
A well-established safari lodge in Hoedspruit is seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support daily administrative and back-office operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient office processes and effective communication across the lodge.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing general office administration and internal communications
- Maintaining staff records and compiling reports
- Assisting management with HR-related administration
- Coordinating with suppliers and supporting operational activities
- Ensuring smooth and efficient back-office operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Hospitality industry experience will be an advantage
- 1–3 years relevant work experience
Work Location: Hoedspruit, Limpopo
Remuneration: R10 000 – R14 000 per month
