Are you hands-on, reliable, and ready to keep things moving on the production line? We’re looking for a dedicated Operator in the Slicing Department to help ensure our production runs smoothly and safely.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating slicing equipment to ensure optimal capacity utilization
• Following all safety procedures and standard operating protocols (SOPs)
• Keeping your workstation clean and organized (housekeeping)
• Actively participating in daily team meetings (Invocoms)

What You Bring to the Table:

• Matric / Grade 12
• 1–2 years’ experience in a Production or Manufacturing environment
• Strong team player with effective communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a hot, noisy, and dusty (flour) environment
• High attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Accountability and a continuous improvement mindset

Work Conditions:

• 6-day work week
• Factory environment (exposed to heat, noise, and flour dust)
