Purpose of the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-focused General Worker to support our Packing Department. If you’re physically fit, safety-conscious, and ready to work in a dynamic production environment—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Remove materials and finished goods from machines manually.
- Stack and palletize finished products efficiently and safely.
- Inspect products for visible defects and report any abnormalities.
- Apply accurate date coding to cases based on production schedule.
- Assist with physical tasks, including lifting items up to 25 kg.
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Complete product tickets with accurate and legible information.

- Physically fit with stamina for long hours and manual tasks.

Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) with basic numerical skills.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
Working Conditions
- Fast-paced and pressurized environment.
- Must be willing to work 6 days a week, rotational shifts, weekends, and overtime.
- Able to work in conditions with heat, flour dust, and extended periods of standing.
