Job Purpose

To receive, store, pick, and deliver automotive parts within the warehouse in line with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role ensures accurate stock handling, efficient warehouse operations, and timely delivery to internal customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and bin parts and consignments accurately into the warehouse
  • Pick, scan, and deliver parts daily to relevant departments
  • Plan and organise daily tasks to meet performance targets and SOP requirements
  • Conduct stock checks using system-generated cycle counts and report discrepancies
  • Re-bin stock based on system movement data to optimise warehouse layout
  • Identify and resolve routine operational issues; escalate unresolved matters
  • Report transactional and operational activities for decision-making purposes
  • Execute all work in line with governance, compliance, and safety standards
  • Deliver and collect goods safely and professionally
  • Ensure company vehicles are well maintained and report defects immediately
  • Comply with all legal driving rules and regulations
  • Prevent financial loss through accurate and efficient work practices
  • Maintain high service standards to meet or exceed internal and external customer expectations
  • Attend training and continuously improve work quality
  • Uphold and live the company’s values at all times

Qualifications & Experience

  • 0–1 year experience in a similar warehouse or supply chain environment
  • Higher Certificate and/or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificate (NQF Level 4)
  • Valid South African driver’s licence
