🛒 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Shop Assistant / Cashier, you will:
- Deliver fast, friendly, and efficient service at the Point of Sale (POS)
- Accurately scan merchandise and process payments
- Safely handle cash and manage transactions responsibly
- Promote and enroll customers onto the Clicks ClubCard programme
- Inform customers about promotions and special offers
- Maintain merchandising standards and store housekeeping
- Stay up to date on products, promotions, and in-store events
- Act as a proud brand ambassador, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied
📚 What You’ll Need
✔ Essential Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Strong numeracy skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Customer-focused attitude
⭐ Advantageous:
- Retail/FMCG experience
- Maths 50% and English 50% at Grade 12 level
- Experience in a customer-facing retail environment
