BMS Company invited applications from experienced Sewing Machine Operators to join its production team in Gaborone.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines (straight stitch, overlock, cover seam, etc.)
• Produce garments according to daily production targets and quality standards
• Follow production instructions and quality specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and perform basic machine care
• Work effectively within a production line to meet deadlines

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience as a sewing machine operator in a factory environment
• Ability to work with different fabrics and garment types
• Knowledge of quality control standards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
• Good time management and teamwork skills
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Experience in uniforms, corporate wear, or school wear (advantage)
