💼 What You’ll Do
- Support implementation and integration of digital learning tools and platforms
- Configure and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Manage user access, content updates, and platform performance
- Create and maintain digital learning materials using CMS tools
- Troubleshoot system issues and perform testing
- Provide data integrity checks and reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on learning needs and solutions
🎓 What You’ll Need
- A diploma/degree in IT, HR, or a related field
- A passion for HR technology and learning innovation
- Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Great attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and resilient
