π§ What Youβll Be Doing
As a Junior Gas Plant Operator, you will support commissioning, start-up, and daily plant operations to ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete commissioning and start-up training
- Execute commissioning tasks under Shift Leader guidance
- Perform cleaning, flushing, and operational activities
- Conduct plant inspections and report defects
- Safely start up and shut down equipment
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems
- Participate in shift handovers and provide progress feedback
- Contribute to root cause analyses (RCA) and risk assessments
- Maintain housekeeping and waste disposal standards
- Support emergency response efforts
- Contribute to toolbox talks and safety discussions
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities
