This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have completed N6 or a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field and require workplace exposure to advance their careers.

👥 Who Can Apply?
1️⃣ N6 Certificate Holders
- Completed N6 in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field from a public TVET college
- Require workplace experience to qualify for a National Diploma
2️⃣ National Diploma Graduates
- Completed a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Seeking practical experience to improve employability
📋 Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen
- Age 18 – 35 years
- Completed N6 or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / related field
- No prior full-time work experience in the field (preferred)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to commit to the learnership programme
- Professional attitude and eagerness to learn
🛠️ Learner Responsibilities
- Follow instructions from supervisors during training
- Complete practical tasks as assigned
- Adhere to company safety standards and policies
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality
- Work respectfully with team members

- Certified copy of South African ID
- Certified copies of N6 Certificate or National Diploma
- Academic transcripts / statement of results
- Motivation letter (optional but recommended)
