Discovery Limited is offering an exciting Learnership Programme designed specifically for People Living with Disabilities (PWD).
This programme gives you the chance to gain a nationally recognised qualification:
👉 FETC: Long Term Insurance (NQF Level 4)
You’ll combine classroom learning with real workplace experience in the financial services industry.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
You may work in a call centre environment, gaining hands-on experience in:
- Medical aid client servicing
- Claims processing
- New business support
- Health benefits administration

🎓 Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Maths: 50% minimum (or)
- Maths Literacy: 60% minimum
- English: 50% minimum
- Second language: 50% minimum
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel & Outlook)
Advantage: Incomplete tertiary qualification

- Must not have completed a learnership before
