The University of Botswana is inviting applications for a dynamic Administrative Officer to support research, training, and operations within the Institute for Combating Illicit Financial Flows.


πŸ“„ Contract Type

  • Fixed-term contract: 60 months (5 years)

🎯 Main Purpose of the Role

Provide administrative and operational support to the institute, contributing to:

  • Office management and coordination
  • Research and collaboration initiatives
  • Projects focused on financial and economic crime
  • Support to the Deputy Vice Chancellor – Research & Enterprise

🧠 Key Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
    ⭐ Master’s degree is an added advantage
  • Minimum 4 years’ post-qualification experience
  • Strong:
    • Organisational & administrative skills
    • Communication skills
  • Experience in:
    • Financial management
    • Report writing
  • Ability to:
    • Conduct research
    • Analyse data effectively
