🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform fault diagnosis to support efficient vehicle servicing
- Use modern diagnostic equipment to assess vehicle issues
- Follow all DCSA procedures and safety standards
- Work closely with Service Advisors to explain technical issues
- Assist with repairs, servicing, and breakdown calls
- Ensure vehicles are returned clean and in top condition
- Maintain accurate job cards, reports, and documentation
- Participate in training programs and promotional campaigns
- Keep your work area clean and organized
