🏢 About the Role
Tsebo Solutions Group is looking for a skilled Handyman to perform First Line Maintenance (FLM) across multiple branches. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, reliable, and experienced in general maintenance tasks like electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (doors, locks, ceilings, walls, paint touch-ups, furniture, etc.)
- Assist with basic electrical work (bulbs, switches, sockets, breakers)
- Handle minor plumbing repairs (leaks, washers, blockages)
- Conduct inspections across branch facilities (offices, kitchens, ATMs, signage, etc.)
- Support HVAC and electrical servicing teams
- Maintain clean and safe working environments (PPE compliance)
- Assist with fire equipment checks and safety standards
- Capture maintenance reports using digital systems (SAP Fiori / AFMS)
⚙️ Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and tiling
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Good communication and customer service
- Organized and detail-oriented
🎓 Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- At least 2 years’ maintenance or facilities experience
- Trade-related training (advantageous)
- Driver’s licence (preferred)
- Ability to safely use tools and ladders
- Experience working across multiple sites is a plus
