About the Opportunity
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing team as Chemical Operations Learners. This opportunity provides hands-on experience within a dynamic production environment focused on lubricant blending and chemical processing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Blending additive packages into finished lubricant products
- Operating mixing equipment, valves, heating systems, and auxiliary plant machinery
- Conducting filling and packaging operations
- Accurately weighing and measuring chemical components
- Performing basic quality control checks
- Identifying and handling chemical components used in the blending process
- Manual handling and lifting of drums and packaged containers
- Ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures
Minimum Requirements
- N4 in Engineering (minimum qualification)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work in an industrial manufacturing environment
