🛠 What You’ll Do:
- Complete a structured theoretical and practical training program.
- Gain skills in rail yard operations, safety procedures, and train movement coordination.
- Operate equipment under supervision and eventually take responsibility for key yard duties.
- Maintain detailed records of your training journey (portfolio of evidence).
📘 Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) – minimum qualification.
- Must pass a psychological screening and medical tests (vision, hearing, fitness).
- Basic computer literacy.
- Physically fit and willing to undergo on-the-job practical assessments.

- Train operations and yard layout

- Safety laws (Act 85), hazardous materials
- Local rail directives and high voltage protocols
