- Deliver impeccable service across all food and beverage operations.
- Be a knowledgeable and welcoming resource for guests in our premium lounges.
- Maintain pristine hygiene and quality across all service areas.
- Work collaboratively with culinary and support teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- Prepare and organize mise en place and service essentials before each shift.
- Monitor and replenish stocks, ensuring par levels are always met.

🧑🍳 Who You Are
- Education:
- High School Diploma + 1 year of relevant experience
- OR Bachelor’s degree (experience not required)
- Preferred Experience:
- Background in 4-5 star hotels, luxury restaurants, or airline lounges
- Minimum 2 years in a high-end F&B environment (preferred)
- Skills & Traits:
- Passionate about hospitality with strong customer service instincts
- Detail-oriented and composed under pressure
- Collaborative and adaptable with a polished, professional demeanor
- Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal communication
