🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate staff buses along designated routes and schedules.
- Adhere strictly to time tables, traffic laws, and internal transport policies.
- Assist staff members with safe boarding and exiting.
- Keep the vehicle clean, presentable, and well-maintained.
- Conduct daily safety checks and perform basic maintenance.
- Act responsibly during emergencies or traffic disruptions.
- Report any delays, incidents, or vehicle concerns promptly.
- Ensure all employees arrive at work punctually.

🎓 Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Valid Code 10 Driver’s License with a Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
- Minimum 2 years’ driving experience with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a bus driver or similar role.
- Familiarity with Rustenburg and surrounding regional routes.
- A formal driving or transport qualification is an added advantage.

- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
