Role Purpose
Join our dynamic operations team to manage service requests efficiently, ensuring alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You’ll be the critical link between clients, technicians, and suppliers to maintain smooth facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally handle calls and emails with clear, courteous communication.
- Log, issue, and track job requests using the Cherwell system.
- Provide updates to clients and internal teams regarding job status.
- Proactively follow up on jobs to prevent SLA breaches.
- Maintain accurate records and file all operational documents.
- Communicate effectively with Maintenance Managers, suppliers, and the Helpdesk Supervisor.
- Respond promptly to emails and queries.
- Work shifts, be available for standby duty, and assist during emergencies if required.
- Deliver timely and accurate reports as needed.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Matric / Senior Certificate
- Certificate in Administration, Helpdesk, or Customer Service
- Call Centre certificate (advantageous)
- 1–3 years in administrative/helpdesk roles
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid South African Driver’s License
