🔎 Role Purpose:
Ensure timely and quality preventative and emergency maintenance on building systems and equipment.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Execute planned and ad-hoc maintenance via Archibus system.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire/access systems.
• Support office moves: install furniture, repair doors/windows, replace tiles, and do general painting.
• Supervise cleaning, hygiene, and recycling teams.
• Maintain accurate records and close tasks in the CAFM system.

✅ Requirements:

• N3 Technical (Electrical/Mechanical) & Matric
• Valid SA Driver’s License
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in general maintenance
• Proficient with tools, basic electrical/plumbing repairs, and MS Office
• Knowledge of OHS Act & ISO 9001 systems
