MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualification:

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills

Experience:

• Appropriate driving experience, including:
  • Transportation of employees
  • Delivery of goods
• Experience in general maintenance tasks

INHERENT JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Code B/EB/C1 driver’s license
• Good physical health
• Willingness and availability to:
  • Work overtime
  • Perform standby duties on short notice (after hours, weekends, public holidays)

COMPETENCIES (Knowledge & Skills)

• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take accountability
• Ability to read and understand road directions and traffic signs
• Knowledge of transport regulations (per Handbook 1 of 2019)

KEY DUTIES

• Transport goods, post, and personnel
• Inspect, maintain, and ensure safe handling and storage of the vehicle
• Provide general maintenance and support to the office and supervisor
• Maintain effective control over tools, materials, and equipment
• Keep a neat and organized workspace
• Handle minor maintenance tasks and related administrative work
• Perform standby duties as required
