Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for fixing things? We’re looking for a skilled Handyman to maintain and repair our properties to top standards. From fixing light fittings to painting and plumbing, you’ll be the go-to person ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.

📌 Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for maintaining both the interior and exterior of our properties. Your daily tasks will include:

• Performing minor plumbing repairs and fixes
• Handling basic electrical work (light fittings, bulbs, sockets, etc.)
• Completing painting and touch-up jobs as needed
• Carrying out general maintenance, including carpentry, door fittings, lock replacements, etc.
• Ensuring compliance with CPA maintenance standards
• Safekeeping and responsible use of company tools

🛠️ Working Conditions

• Work takes place indoors and outdoors
• Occasional work at heights and lifting of heavy items
• Mobility between buildings is required
• No own transport necessary

✅ What You’ll Need

Qualifications & Experience:

• Basic literacy and numeracy
• Trade certificate (advantageous)
• Minimum 2 years of handyman experience in plumbing, electrical, and painting

Skills & Knowledge:

• Hands-on knowledge of DIY and general maintenance
• Basic understanding of Health & Safety standards
• Familiarity with using standard handyman tools
