YOUR MISSION AS OUR DRIVER
As a Bridgestone Driver, you’re the face of our brand on the road and the hands that keep our goods moving safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Transportation & Delivery
- Collect and deliver goods to and from clients.
- Complete and verify job tickets and pickup slips.
- Ensure invoice accuracy and client signatures.
- Secure all loads properly.
- Provide professional, respectful client interaction.
Asset Care
- Perform daily vehicle inspections.
- Keep your vehicle clean, well-maintained, and serviced.
- Use company equipment responsibly.
- Drive safely and responsibly at all times.
Security & Safety
- Park in secure areas.
- Protect cargo during transport.
- Follow Health & Safety protocols as per the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) in good condition.
Other Duties
- Attend to vehicle breakdowns when necessary.
- Follow any reasonable instructions related to your role.
WHAT YOU BRING
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 10 Certificate
- Valid Class B Driver’s License
Experience & Skills
- Basic tyre knowledge is an advantage.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and courteous on the road.
