💼 What You’ll Do
Transaction Handling
- Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) checks for compliance.
- Accurately verify foreign currency authenticity.
- Manage cash with care – count, double-check, and document.
- Cancel non-compliant outbound transactions.
- Monitor transaction limits per central bank regulations.
Customer Service Excellence
- Assist customers with forms and product understanding.
- Promote Mukuru’s services to new and existing customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador with every interaction.
Compliance & Security
- Report suspicious activity to the AML Officer.
- Assist with Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) where required.
- Manage safes, PINs, and passwords securely.
- Conduct booth and device security checks daily.
- Maintain an accurate visitor log and verify all IDs.
Operations & Upkeep
- Complete daily float reconciliations.
- Keep your booth clean, professional, and organized.
- Ensure all security and operational checks are done before opening.
✅ What You’ll Need
Education
- Grade 12 (High School Certificate) – Required
Experience
- Minimum 1 year in financial services – Required
Skills & Knowledge
- Understanding of foreign currencies, FICA regulations, and the Cash Stops App
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail
- Professional and customer-focused mindset
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
- Passion for relationship-building and customer loyalty
- Willingness to learn and share insights
