Step into a unique career opportunity aboard the iconic Emirates A380. As a Cabin Services Assistant (CSA), you will be the ambassador of comfort and elegance in the skies—ensuring the luxurious First Class Shower Spas are impeccably clean, personalized, and ready to impress.
This isn’t a cabin crew service role—it’s a specialized position dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, presentation, and guest satisfaction in selected aircraft areas.
You will report to the Purser or Senior Flight Steward/ess (SFS) and play a key part in enhancing the customer experience on one of the world’s most prestigious airlines.
🧼 Key Responsibilities
- Clean, organize, and personalize the First Class Shower Spas for every guest
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness across all lavatories in First, Business, and Economy Class
- Ensure the First and Business Class Lounges are tidy and welcoming
- Support the presentation of general cabin areas to reflect Emirates’ luxury standards
- Collaborate closely with Cabin Crew, while remaining focused on designated cleaning duties
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of schooling or equivalent
- At least 2 years of customer service experience with a reputable international hotel, airline, or luxury brand
- Background in hospitality or housekeeping within a premium service environment is highly desirable
- Proficient in spoken and written English
