Greenway Farms is looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Truck Driver (Code 14) to support our logistics operations in Tarlton. If you’re passionate about transport, know the roads like the back of your hand, and value punctuality and professionalism — we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Safe & Secure Transport
- Load, secure, and transport goods efficiently and safely
- Conduct pre-departure inspections and ensure load stability
- Adhere to road laws, route schedules, and delivery deadlines
✅ Route & Trip Management
- Follow planned routes using GPS and company protocols
- Record trip logs, incidents, fuel usage, and job card data
- Limit unscheduled stops and keep route deviations to a minimum
✅ Vehicle Care & Maintenance
- Perform regular inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Report mechanical faults and ensure truck cleanliness
- Monitor tyres, brakes, lights, and other safety components
✅ Safety First
- Always wear prescribed PPE and follow company safety rules
- Manage fatigue and wellness in line with company standards
- Actively participate in compliance and training programs
What You’ll Need to Apply
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Grade 12 / National Certificate
- Valid Code 14 Driver’s License with PDP
- At least 3 years’ professional truck driving experience
- Experience with cargo handling, loading, and securing
- Basic vehicle inspection & fault detection skills
- GPS navigation and route planning familiarity
- Solid understanding of driver wellness and fatigue laws

- Good communication and time management
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
- Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
