Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, presentable, and proactive Porter to be the welcoming face of our hotel. You’ll be responsible for greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and maintaining clean and organized public areas, all while upholding the highest standards of hospitality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests on arrival
  • Handle luggage and provide courteous assistance
  • Ensure lobby and forecourt areas are neat and tidy
  • Deliver mail, parcels, and messages to guest rooms
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a helpful attitude

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Service-oriented, courteous, and trustworthy
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Presentable and well-spoken
  • Able to work independently and within a team
