What to Expect

Over a three-year rotation-based programme, trainees will specialize in the Management Decision Making and Control elective. You’ll be exposed to the full spectrum of Ford’s financial operations, including:

  • Financial & Management Accounting
  • Internal Control & Compliance
  • Taxation
  • Month-end Reporting
  • Forecasting & Budgeting

Our tailored training and development matrix is aligned with SAICA’s competency framework and designed to ensure that by the end of the programme, you are ready for placement into a GSR Analyst role within our organisation.


Minimum Requirements

  • Final-year CTA student (2025)
  • Submit the following documents with your application:
    • CV
    • Certified copy of ID
    • Academic transcripts (undergraduate + latest postgraduate results)
    • Copy of highest qualification
