🔧 What You’ll Learn

Through this structured Learnership Programme, you’ll gain real-world skills in:

• Working effectively in a team
• Safety and correct use of hand tools
• Reading and interpreting assembly & manufacturing drawings
• Marking off and welding
• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Surface preparation
• Firefighting basics
• Product operations and dispatch

On completion, you’ll achieve an NQF Level 3 qualification.

🎓 Minimum Requirements

• N3–N6 National Technical Certificate, or
• Matric/Technical Matric with Maths & Physical Science or Engineering Science, plus one or more of the following:
  • Electrical Trade Theory
  • Mechanical Trade Theory
  • Motor Trade Theory
  • Mechanical Drawing
  • Graphical Design
