Position: General Assistants (Multiple Vacancies)

Main Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain vehicles, tools, and work equipment
• Assist with pipeline maintenance and repairs, including excavation, replacement, bedding, and backfilling
• Conduct weekly inspections and report on the condition of pipelines, reservoirs, and manholes
• Perform housekeeping duties at regional pump stations
• Aid in the repair and servicing of pumps, valves, and related plant equipment
• Assist with operational duties such as welding, trenching, etc.
• Carry out various cleaning and maintenance tasks including painting, grass cutting, tree removal, sewer line unblocking, and general gardening
• Maintain sewer plants and civil/terrain infrastructure
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations
• Wear all required PPE and adhere strictly to safety guidelines
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 10 qualification
• Basic understanding of water treatment and pump station operations (beneficial but not required)
