Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification
  • Proficient in typing
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Must demonstrate trustworthiness, reliability, tolerance, and commitment
  • Able to handle confidential matters with discretion
  • Professional conduct with a high level of accountability and integrity
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration
  • Knowledge of general administrative procedures, data entry, computer use, and statistical reporting
  • Familiarity with the legislative framework regulating the public service

Key Duties:

  • Deliver general administrative and clerical support services
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to supply chain management
  • Perform clerical duties linked to personnel administration
  • Provide administrative support for financial functions within the department
