Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification
- Proficient in typing
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Must demonstrate trustworthiness, reliability, tolerance, and commitment
- Able to handle confidential matters with discretion
- Professional conduct with a high level of accountability and integrity
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration
- Knowledge of general administrative procedures, data entry, computer use, and statistical reporting
- Familiarity with the legislative framework regulating the public service
Key Duties:
- Deliver general administrative and clerical support services
- Assist with administrative tasks related to supply chain management
- Perform clerical duties linked to personnel administration
- Provide administrative support for financial functions within the department
