Position Title: Admin Assistant (Financial Administration – Landfill)

Remuneration: R260 224 – R356 928 per annum (basic salary, plus benefits)
Type: Permanent

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • One-year post-matric certificate in Finance or a related field
  • At least one (1) year of finance experience
  • Computer literacy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of financial operational processes.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial administrative services.
  • Escalate unresolved quality and service delivery issues to management.
  • Promote compliance, good governance, and risk management practices.
  • Perform debtor, creditor, and budget administration functions within the department.
  • Verify, receive, compile, and process landfill billing information daily.
  • Ensure customer service excellence and satisfaction.
  • Foster effective working relationships and good people management practices.
