Position Title: Admin Assistant (Financial Administration – Landfill)

Remuneration: R260 224 – R356 928 per annum (basic salary, plus benefits)

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- One-year post-matric certificate in Finance or a related field
- At least one (1) year of finance experience
- Computer literacy
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of financial operational processes.
- Provide accurate and timely financial administrative services.
- Escalate unresolved quality and service delivery issues to management.
- Promote compliance, good governance, and risk management practices.
- Perform debtor, creditor, and budget administration functions within the department.
- Verify, receive, compile, and process landfill billing information daily.
- Ensure customer service excellence and satisfaction.
- Foster effective working relationships and good people management practices.
