Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Admin Assistant to provide essential office and administrative support. The successful candidate will assist with finance and procurement functions, manage reports, and handle day-to-day office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- General office administration and typing.
- Compiling and maintaining reports (Excel proficiency required).
- Providing support to the Finance and Procurement departments.
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities.
- Running errands (company vehicle provided).
Requirements:
- Matric (Post-school qualification advantageous).
- Minimum of 2 years driving experience.
- Valid Driver’s Licence (mandatory).
- At least 1 year of administrative experience (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with confidence, assertiveness, and dedication.
- Personable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
