Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
  • At least 2 years’ experience in administrative work
  • COID Certificate will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Office)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties to ensure injury-on-duty (IOD) claims are processed in line with legal and procedural requirements.
  • Communicate with relevant parties to provide updates on the status and progress of IOD claims.
  • Assist in the administration of annual pension payment increases.
  • Support the processing of service provider payments.
  • Maintain and update a register for audit purposes.
