Admin Assistant (Support Services – General Administration ERWM) – ERWM22792

Salary: R260 244 – R356 928 per annum (basic, plus benefits)

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- A 1-year post-matric certificate in Administration or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience
- Computer literacy
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the division
- Maintain and manage the division’s key register
- Ensure all newly acquired items are barcoded upon receipt
- Conduct quarterly spot-checks of assets
- Gather and report information on lost, damaged, stolen, or redundant items
- Liaise with the Administration Manager to clarify and resolve administrative processes
- Report all losses or damages, ensuring insurance claim forms are accurately captured and submitted
- Apply governance and risk management practices in line with standard operating procedures
- Perform tasks effectively to avoid financial losses
- Ensure compliance with Batho Pele service delivery principles
- Deliver tasks within set deadlines and quality standards
