AFGRI is looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined individual to join our Belfast branch as an Administration Clerk. This role is key to ensuring smooth administrative and receiving operations within our retail environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in an administrative role
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and compare stock against delivery notes
- File delivery documents and assist with receiving tasks
- Process documentation and maintain system accuracy
- Link invoices with delivery notes and orders
- Handle claims (damages, shortages, expired stock)
- Maintain supplier communication regarding outstanding documentation
- Generate reports: claims, purchase orders, negative stock, etc.
- Assist with and capture quarterly stock-takes
- Perform daily cash-ups and report discrepancies
- Ensure pricing, coding, and stock match system entries
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
