SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT CLERK REF NO: 2025/83 (X3 POSTS)

Salary: R228 321 per annum
Location: Pretoria Regional Office

Requirements:

  • A Senior Certificate/Grade 12.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Knowledge of a broad range of office management and administrative functions.
  • Strong communication skills, basic numeracy, interpersonal skills, and organizational abilities.
  • Must be computer literate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle office correspondence, documents, and reports.
  • Organize meetings, workshops, and keep records of proceedings.
  • Draft and type correspondence and official documents.
  • Manage the flow of information and documents within the office.
  • Coordinate communication to and from the office.
  • Assist with procurement of materials and equipment from suppliers.
  • Process requisition documents, reports, and submit invoices for payment.
  • Manage logistical arrangements for the office and perform reception duties.
  • Maintain staff placements, work schedules, and consolidated leave records.
