SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT CLERK REF NO: 2025/83 (X3 POSTS)

Salary: R228 321 per annum
Location: Pretoria Regional Office
Requirements:
- A Senior Certificate/Grade 12.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Knowledge of a broad range of office management and administrative functions.
- Strong communication skills, basic numeracy, interpersonal skills, and organizational abilities.
- Must be computer literate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle office correspondence, documents, and reports.
- Organize meetings, workshops, and keep records of proceedings.
- Draft and type correspondence and official documents.
- Manage the flow of information and documents within the office.
- Coordinate communication to and from the office.
- Assist with procurement of materials and equipment from suppliers.
- Process requisition documents, reports, and submit invoices for payment.
- Manage logistical arrangements for the office and perform reception duties.
- Maintain staff placements, work schedules, and consolidated leave records.
