Salary: R228 321 per annum (Level 05)

Minimum Requirements
- A qualification at NQF Level 04 as recognised by SAQA.
- A valid driver’s license (not required for applicants with disabilities).
- Basic knowledge of:
- General administrative duties and practices.
- Data capturing, computer operations, and statistics collection.
- The legislative framework governing the Public Service.
- Standard work procedures within a government office environment.
Key Duties
Administration Support (Roads Maintenance):
- Receive, record, organise, store, capture, and retrieve documents related to road maintenance.
- Update registers and compile statistics.
- Handle routine enquiries, photocopying, faxing, and distributing documents/packages.
- Maintain an effective filing system and manage the component’s incoming/outgoing correspondence.
Office & Procurement Support:
- Liaise with stakeholders regarding procurement of goods/services.
- Request quotations, complete procurement forms, and manage office supplies.
- Maintain stock control of stationery and update the component’s asset register.
Personnel Administration Support:
- Maintain leave, attendance, and personnel records.
- Forward completed leave forms to corporate services.
Financial Administration Support:
- Verify the accuracy of subsistence and travel claims and submit to the manager for approval.
