Salary: R228 321 per annum (Level 05), plus benefits
Location: Johannesburg

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
  • No prior work experience required
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong planning and organizational abilities, effective verbal and written communication skills, sound job knowledge, ability to work collaboratively in a team, capacity to perform under pressure, computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of GPRE processes or legal administrative office procedures
  • Familiarity with the National Road Traffic Act and Public Service Act
  • Willingness to work under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including typing, scanning, filing, and emailing
  • Perform basic secretarial duties for the Gauteng Provincial Regulatory Entity (GPRE) and related units, including arranging meeting logistics
  • Maintain the sub-directorate’s attendance register
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Oversee records management processes
  • Offer customer service and client after-care support
  • Execute various GPRE administrative functions
