Requirements:

  • Knowledge of:

    • Compensation Fund business processes, procedures, and policies
    • Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)

    • Labour Law, Road Accident Fund Act, COIDA Act, and the Constitution of South Africa
  • Skills:

  • Liaise with provincial offices and Labour Centres to obtain required information and data.
  • Manage and maintain correspondence and documentation.
  • Provide effective administrative and clerical support to the Legal Services section.
