Salary: R228 321 – R268 950 per annum (Level 05)
The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- Strong interpersonal and public relations abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve effectively.
- Customer service orientation and good document management skills.
- Strong planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Key Performance Areas:
- Prepare and manage recordings of court proceedings.
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties.
- File, store, and safeguard court records and documents.
