Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification or equivalent.
- Experience: No prior experience required.
- Additional Advantage: Training in asset management, codification, or procurement.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational abilities.
- High degree of reliability, discretion, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide provisioning administrative support to meet operational and logistical needs.
- Determine supply requirements and ensure proper documentation for goods, materials, equipment, and services.
- Receive, distribute, preserve, and repack stock for safe storage and issue.
- Prepare, issue, and finalise vouchers; handle and track stock transactions according to CALMIS MMS procedures.
- Maintain control over warehouse stock to prevent loss and ensure accurate records and inventory updates.
- Monitor stock levels, initiate replenishment, and compile routine reports and statistics.
- Keep stores organised and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Update and maintain directives, regulations, and manuals related to provisioning.
- Manage basic administrative tasks such as correspondence, data entry, and record keeping.
- Support the effective functioning of internal services, accounting, transport, and depot administration by maintaining compliance with established procedures.
