Requirements:
- Senior Certificate/ National Certificate (Vocational) – NQF Level 4.
- Knowledge of:
- Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, PFMA, and Batho Pele Principles.
- E-Natis Systems.
- National Land Transport Act (NLTA).
- National Public Transport Regulator (NPTR).
- South African Constitution.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Computer literacy.
- Organisational and planning skills.
- Effective communication (written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Personal Attributes: Ethical conduct (honesty and loyalty), responsibility, punctuality, flexibility, accuracy, neatness, teamwork, openness to ideas, and compliance with the Code of Conduct.
Key Duties:
- Deliver licensing, permit, and registration services (service desk/bulk applications).
- Perform back-office administrative tasks.
- Provide customer service support.
- Assist with financial administration within the component.
