Requirements:

• Senior Certificate/ National Certificate (Vocational) – NQF Level 4.
• Knowledge of:
  • Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, PFMA, and Batho Pele Principles.
  • E-Natis Systems.
  • National Land Transport Act (NLTA).
  • National Public Transport Regulator (NPTR).
  • South African Constitution.
• Skills and Competencies:
  • Computer literacy.
  • Organisational and planning skills.
  • Effective communication (written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Personal Attributes: Ethical conduct (honesty and loyalty), responsibility, punctuality, flexibility, accuracy, neatness, teamwork, openness to ideas, and compliance with the Code of Conduct.

Key Duties:

• Deliver licensing, permit, and registration services (service desk/bulk applications).
• Perform back-office administrative tasks.
• Provide customer service support.
• Assist with financial administration within the component.
