Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Certificate (no prior experience required).
  • Knowledge of GPG and DID policies and procedures, relevant legislation, and Public Service Regulations.
  • Competencies: Strong communication, report writing, and research skills.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, innovative, adaptable, and a team player.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record, organise, capture, store, and retrieve correspondence and data.
  • Maintain and update registers and statistics.
  • Handle routine enquiries.
  • Manage photocopying, faxing, and document distribution.
  • Maintain an organised filing system for the unit.
  • Draft and type letters or other correspondence as required.
  • Keep records of incoming and outgoing documents for the component.
