Requirements:
A Senior Certificate/Grade 12 or equivalent qualification is required, along with a valid driver’s licence. Candidates should possess strong report-writing abilities, good interpersonal and organizational skills, and sound administrative capabilities. Basic numeracy and computer literacy are essential.

Duties:

  • Conduct physical verification of NDPWI immovable assets.
  • Provide administrative support to Assistant Directors (ASD) and Deputy Directors (DD) during physical verification processes.
  • Carry out desktop planning and confirm ownership of land parcels.
  • Assist with GIS spatial data verification and checks.
  • Verify property details in databases and ERP systems.
  • Approve transactions submitted by regional offices through the mobile application.
  • Manage physical verification activities to determine the existence and condition of all immovable assets in the register.
  • Ensure accuracy of information in the Immovable Asset Register (IAR).
  • Verify documentation and perform deeds searches.
  • Provide property-related information and assistance to other units as required.
  • Conduct site visits and condition assessments of properties.
